SALVATION ARMY TO LOCATE AT KINSTON. KINSTON, Aug. 20. Envoy James Sharpe of Charlotte and other officers of the Salvation Army are here today to ascertain the advisibility of estab lishing an outpost of the army at Kins- ton.. RUSSIAN REFUGEES FROM GER MANY. STOCKHOLM, Aug. 20. Fully fif teen thousand Russian refugees from Germany most of them exhausted, fam ished and sick, have gone through Stockholm since the beginning of the! war.
